Acronym of Music Sharing Network, MuSNet is an open source project whose mission is to create a little ecosystem for Networked Music Performances.
Based on the client-server architecture, by relying on a particular ad hoc defined communication protocol the system allows musicians to reciprocally share music material in quasi-real time using the internet.
The project aims to ensure full cross-platform compatibility and to provide as more flexibility and ease of use as possible.
